Church History, Social Justice, Senior Ethics, and Apologetics. Students are always enrolled in a religion class while attending Assumption in order to provide them a foundation for a strong Catholic faith. A minimum of ten hours of service per semester is required to pass religion classes, and this requirement is higher for upperclassmen. Students attend Religion and PE on alternating days.
Classes taught by the religion department include Building a Christian Community, Christian Morality, Old Testament, New Testament,
Mrs. Marianne Agnoli is in her 4th year teaching Foods I and II and 2nd year teaching religion at Assumption. She is married to Deacon Francis Agnoli, and has two AHS students, Frank, a senior and Mary, a sophomore. Marianne is a certified catechist and taught religious education for 13 years.

Mr. Dan Huber is in his 4th year as a teacher and Spiritual Director at AHS. He is a 1984 graduate of AHS and has fifteen years of business experience. He also has served in youth and young adult ministry for Sacred Heart for fifteen years. Dan and his wife Rachel (AHS '86) have two daughters and are members of Sacred Heart Cathedral.
